Centella Asiatica is a traditional medicinal practice that’s used and renowned in Ayurveda but has some use in Traditional Chinese usage as well. It’s most widely known as a cognitive enhancing supplement that’s somewhat interchangeable with Bacopa monnieri, but has additional benefits for cardiovascular health, skin regeneration rates and wound healing, and advantages to stress and rheumatism.
